How do I pay for booking?


Once you are ready to proceed with booking your picnic, you will be provided with your picnic invoice via email.  All picnics are booked first come, first served.  Please book in advance to secure your preferred date.


A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your picnic date and time.  We do not reserve any adates without payment of deposit.


Your remaining payment balance will be due 48 hours prior to your scheduled picnic.  Your picnic invoice will be sent to you via email with all payment details.  We accept payment via Venmo, Cashapp, and Paypal.

Can we leave our picnic early?

If you need to end your picnic experience early please let us know upon arrival or text us at least 20 minutes in advance.  You will be responsible for all picnic items until we return.  We ask that you do not leave your picnic unattended.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Cancellations are accepted as long as they are 72 hours prior to the scheduled picnic date.

You may also reschedule your picnic if necessary.  We require a 72 hour advance notice to reschedule to a future available date.

In the event of bad weather, we can set up your picnic indoors or a sheltered space, or you may reschedule to a future available date.  

Requests to reschedule due to bad weather must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
